Jonathan Bassil
	Jonathan Basil has played in so many bands he can't remember them all. Was it 40 or 50? He's not quite sure. With some bands he's done only a gig or two, others much more. But he's been with the Mob for six years, a record for him. Jonathan financed his earliest musical ventures with a newspaper route back in Michigan. After playing guitar in a high school band, he followed his brother, five years older and a musical role model, to the bass where he remains today. Painting contractor by day and musician on the weekends, Jonathan has played with groups at the Rusty Pelican restaurant chain, Mabuhay Gardens and new wave punk clubs, as well as bands that do weddings and corporate parties. For Jonathan, music means creativity, fun and, occasionally, money. Music cannot be taken for granted. You have to be grateful for every opportunity to play. And he is.
